Dr. Elondra D. Napper

Dr. Elondra D. Napper is an award winning educator, best selling author, servant leader for youth, fellow educators and leaders. She has served thousands of students, parents, educators, business leaders, community organizations and community leaders within her home states of North Carolina and Virginia as well the nation for over 20 years. She has served in many capacities in education: elementary and middle school teacher,administrator, instructional coach, curriculum specialist, curriculum writer, educational researcher and consultant. She currently serves as a Teaching Assistant Professor and Consultant.
